Assignment: Create a plan and case in five weeks for using Machine Learning to improve the TN Global Call Center's operations.
Deliverables: PowerPoint with appendix, a first round presentation, and a final presentation to three executive judges and the employees at Sabre Headquarters.

Case: Use machine learning to reduce costs by creating a universal, unified, and searchable knowledge base; producing a comprehensive self-service tool, and automating chat and e-mail responses to customers.
